As you can see, my friends see more of my attributes as assets than I do. As women we can be hard on ourselves and critical of our ourselves, always comparing and sizing ourselves up against others. This is why it’s important to get positive feedback from others; to see how others view us instead of how we view ourselves through our own critical eye.
